Made in country Victoria and inspired by the classic flavours of the old-school, no-fuss British gins of yester-year, this fragrant concoction of citrus, Coriander Seed, Orris, Angelica and Cardamom celebrates the art of distilling in its purest form.
100% Victorian malted barley mash, fermented onsite with Australian yeast. Double distilled in our 200L copper pot still, with large feints & foreshots cuts removed, leaving only a very small heart cut for maturation.
Aged for 36 months in 110L ex-bourbon barrels along the NORTH-WEST wall of the Whiskey Den, developing rich depth and complexity.
