Aged for 36 months in 110L ex-bourbon barrels along the NORTH-WEST wall of the Whiskey Den, developing rich depth and complexity.
PRODUCED USING CAREFULLY SELECTED GRAINS, PURE REGIONAL WATER, AND TRADITIONAL DISTILLATION METHODS, THIS AUSTRALIAN SINGLE MALT IS MATURED IN BOURBON CASKS TO DEVELOP ITS DISTINCTIVE CHARACTER. EACH RELEASE IS PRODUCED WITH CONSISTENCY AND CARE, WHILE INDIVIDUAL CASKS—SUCH AS CASK #7—MAY DISPLAY UNIQUE QUALITIES THAT MAKE THEM STAND OUT AS PARTICULARLY EXCEPTIONAL EXAMPLES OF THE STYLE.
Pour Strathbogie Select EXCEPTIONAL CASK #7 over a large ice cube in a rocks glass. Add 5ml of honey syrup and stir briefly. Garnish with a thin SLICE of fresh pear for a soft, fruity note.
Fill a shaker with ice. Add Strathbogie Select EXCEPTIONAL CASK #7, fresh lemon juice, and a touch of sugar syrup. Shake well and strain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with a lemon WHEEL or a cherry for a classic finish.
