Nestled on the banks of the pristine waters of the Strathbogie ranges. Born from a passion for fine craftsmanship and a deep connection to the land. Each bottle is the result of carefully selected grains, pure local water, and traditional distillation methods that create a whiskey finished in Bourbon casks with a truly unique Australian character.
A REFLECTION OF PLACE
EVERY DROP TELLS A STORY
100% Victorian Malted Barley mash is fermented onsite using Australian Yeast. The mash is then double distilled in our 200L Copper Pot Still. Very large cuts of Feints & Foreshots are removed leaving only a very small Heart cut making its way into our barrels.
This is our house blended whisky, she’s approachable, and subtle. With blood orange peel on the nose, as it flows into a subtle clove wood spice character across the pallet, with an incredibly smooth finish. She is designed to be versatile, Whisky Sours, John Collins, an Old Fashion or on the rocks – we don’t discriminate.
DRINK IT UP
SIGNATURE SERVES
Strathbogie Old Fashioned
Add sugar syrup and bitters to a mixing glass. Add Strathbogie Select, fill with ice, and stir until well chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over a large cube of ice. Express orange peel over the top, then garnish.
High-Country Highball
Fill a tall highball glass with ice. Add Strathbogie Select, top with soda or tonic, and gently stir. Garnish with a lemon twist or fresh grapefruit wedge for a bright citrus lift.
